We want you to love your fit, but if your new jeans aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Returns are processed efficiently to ensure you get back to your denim journey as soon as possible.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Denim

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Dr Denim tags and labels are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
